I often wonder in a city as grandeur and rich as Dubai, how is it no one pays heed to a poor fellow sleeping on top of cardboard boxes in the middle of the day under the scorching sun. Is there no justice.

Yes Rabia I agree the situation is like this in a lot of places. What I mean to say is we should do something about it, and not just turn a blind eye to it.
